When life is feeling stressful and hectic, you need to take a moment to incorporate what the Danish call hygge. I have been deeply Inspired by the Danish concept of the Hygge (taking time to relax and slow down, creating a cozy environment and enjoying the little things like good food, candles, cozy blankets and loved ones) I have tried to incorporate more "hygge" into my own home and daily routine.
