How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-12 days for orders to process, as Abelina Shop is experiencing its highest volume of orders ever- all thanks to you! On a regular basis, orders ship within 1-2 days. 

How can I Track My Package?

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please remember that shipping times vary and Abelina Shop has no control on shipping delays or times. You can then track your order at USPS.com, the primary carrier for Abelina Shop. 

 

What happens if my item arrives broken?

If an item arrives broken, please email me a photo 1-2 days within receiving the package at abelinashop@gmail.com so that I may file a claim with the mail carrier. If I do not receive a photo within 1-2 days as proof, I cannot replace your items. 

What happens if my order is lost in the mail?

Abelina Shop is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. The mailing service is a separate company that has been paid separately to do its job and must be held accountable to do so- not Abelina Shop. You, as the buyer, will need to contact the carrier about lost items in the mail with your tracking number. 

What happens if I gave you the wrong address and package already shipped

Abelina Shop is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check your address to ensure it is correct before ordering. If an order is returned to Abelina Shop due to incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
